Error Code 5013

Issue

Test Connection or MDE fails with “Error Code 5013. The connector responded with the following error message: Received status code 401”

Guidance

  1. Check your Domo API Access Token is valid.

  2. Check you have entered the Token correctly in the Connector Settings.

  3. Check your Domo instance name is correct.

  4. Ensure you have clicked the Save button in Connector Settings UI.
